SOCHI Cheap Philadelphia 76ers Hats , Russia, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang arrived in the Russian city of Sochi Thursday morning for the 16th meeting of the Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Heads of Government (Prime Ministers).
The SCO meeting, scheduled for Thursday and Friday, is the first of its kind after the organization's membership expansion in June to include India and Pakistan.
At Sochi airport, Li was welcomed by senior Russian government officials and Chinese Ambassador to Russia Li Hui.
Since its founding in 2001, the SCO has become an important platform for maintaining regional safety and stability, and for promoting common development and prosperity, Li said.

The SCO has China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, India and Pakistan as its full members. BEIJING, Dec. 5 (Xinhua) -- China's growing presence in the international arena to foster a community of shared future for mankind was further evidenced recently by two fruitful meetings of leaders of China, Central and Eastern European countries (CEEC) and member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has just concluded a week-long visit to Budapest in Hungary and Sochi in Russia Cheap Milwaukee Bucks Hats , where he reached important consensus and discussed concrete projects during meetings with his counterparts at the annual China-CEEC and SCO gatherings.
